what is the easiest way to transfer all my pics n vids from my pc to my htc windows phone?

Q. I need 2 get all my pics n vids off my pc n onto my HTC windows phone.
I know that there is a certain app u can get to do it, but that means I got to download the app on my pc, but I would rather not, as the pc is really slow because its quite an old one.
I just want to know if there is a simpler way to transfer everything. If not, what is the easiest way to do it?
