How is the Motorola Defy, Htc HD7, or Mytouch4g different from the ipod touch or others of its class?

Comparing the phones themselves on their merits alone (discounting things like carrier and price), I would go with the Incredible S. Performance-wise, they're pretty similar, but the Incredible S is a bit lighter, has a bigger battery, the front-facing camera, and the screen is still pretty big. Does the difference between 4" and 4.3" matter that much?

How do I get my HTC phone to stop automatically showing messages when received?

Q. When I get texts they pop up on the screen as soon as I get them. This is bad because I have weirdo friends who send pervy messages and my parents wouldn't understand. I don't want one day for them to pick it up and there be one of those messages popping up. How do I get it to just go to my in box instead of popping up on the screen? It is an HTC Touch phone.

A. I am also having same issues. It looks like a water damage. Remove battery and see the color of sticker. If its pinkish red they won't replace the phone unless you have insurance.. Can a sony cybershot t70 handle a 4gb memory stick?

Q. I just recently got a sony cybershot t70 and I am now planning on purchasing a memory stick. Can my camera handle a 4gb memory stick or should I just get a 2gb memory stick?

A. I'm pretty sure that Sony doesn't put limits on the amount of storage you can use with their cameras, just the kinds of memory cards. For instance, I had a Sony camera that supported Memory Stick Pro, but not the Memory Stick Pro High Speed or whatever.

But the T70 should be fine with a 4GB memory card. I use a 2GB in my 10.1 megapixel camera, and it holds enough pictures for me. It holds about 300 (I think?) pictures on the 2GB.

Just a simple yes or no will suffice.

A. "wireless" refers to a network connection. You still need use a HDMI cable to physically connect the player to the TV.

You can then configure your player to connect to your home's wireless (also called "wifi") network so it you can use its network applications like Facebook, or Netflix or whatever else it has installed.

While they do make "smart TVs" that have these same network features, you do not need both your TV and player to have them. Just one or the other. In your case the player will access the internet and display the contents on your TV.

1. Download Advanced Task Killer and set it to kill apps when your screen goes dark. It is free in the market.
2. Go through your apps and turn off background updates or set them to only update once or twice a day.
3. Turn off push notifications from any app.
4. Turn off Background data
5. Turn off the 3G when you are not using it.

Regarding the missing webcam program: If the laptop has a built in webcam then the software for the webcam will be on the Asus website.
