How can I turn off the camera shutter sound off on my Huawei Pillar cell phone?

Q. When I open the camera, I go to options -> settings -> shutter sound, but when I click shutter sound, there is no option for the sound to be off! It's only sound 1 or sound 2. I don't want any sound. How can I turn it off? I already turned it to silent mode, but I still hear that shutter sound.

A. Seems to me that you are stuck with the shutter sound. Check your users manual.

A. Read the manual. Real camera users normally do not turn that off if ever that feature is present in their cameras. How can you stop the mirror slap from making a sound in a dSLR anyway?

How do i get my htc incredible to only show texts from one program?

Q. I just bought the HTC Incredible. Downloaded the Handcent app for texting. When I get a text, it comes up through handcent and the messaging program that the phone comes with. Can i make it so that i only get the message once through Handcent, without deleting the original messaging app that came with the phone?

How can I make my Asus computer completely black but still be playing music while using it?

Q. I am running Windows 7 and I want to know how I can continue to play music when the screen is not lighted at all, it is blacked out while the charger is plugged in and while it is not plugged in. The session is still going sound wise but it is completely black. No light coming from the computer.

A. Just set the screen saver to blank and the time to whatever you want and run the music playlist.

laptops are way faster and way more advanced.
netbooks are like 10 year old technology that got smaller.

they both have the same cpu
they both have the same ram
both have the same hard drive.
the monitor in yours is better cause its led back lit.
yours has a better graphics card.

A. The HTC Sensation is a great phone still without a doubt although the newer models have a better chance of getting Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on them which is a huge upgrade to the Android OS. If your not worried about this though you will be happy with the Sensation running Gingerbread.

If you do look at other phones though I would recommend comparing the Sensation to the Samsung Galaxy Note and the Galaxy Nexus.

Why does screen go blank in HTC mytouch 4G immidiately when I start making a call?

Q. I have got my new HTC mytouch 4G phone last week. When I dial a number, immidiately the touch screen goes blank and I can not input any number during the call, I can not even end the call because I can not access the screen. Do you have a solution for this?

A. I am also having same issues. It looks like a water damage. Remove battery and see the color of sticker. If its pinkish red they won't replace the phone unless you have insurance.. Good luck.. this phone sucks big time. I am having issues hanging up when the person being called does not pickup and it goes in voice mail..

How can you unlock the htc Diamond 2008 from sprint to use on Verizon?

Q. I can't afford a new phone so I want to use my old one on Verizon's prepaid network but I don't know how.

A. Can't be done. Sprint and Verizon have two totally separate esn/electronic serial number databases and they are completely incompatible.

The next best thing is activating your Sprint phone onto Boost mobile with a little help from these guys: www.sprint2boost.com

Another alternative is to find someone who will flash it to Page Plus, a Verizon network reseller. You will be using the same network is Verizon prepaid under a different brand name with different customer service, tech support, etc.

The only bad things about Page Plus is they don't have unlimited data and their customer care sucks.

Q. When I get texts they pop up on the screen as soon as I get them. This is bad because I have weirdo friends who send pervy messages and my parents wouldn't understand. I don't want one day for them to pick it up and there be one of those messages popping up. How do I get it to just go to my in box instead of popping up on the screen? It is an HTC Touch phone.

A. Go into your messaging settings for an option auto auto receive.Just select it OFF.
